  • NHS Homeless Nurses – Provide vital health support for vulnerable individuals.

  • South Somerset Neighbourhood Policing – Work with us to ensure community safety and host monthly PCSO drop-in sessions.

  • The Watch Project – Collaborates on mental health and well-being initiatives, including the Bridges to Wellbeing project.

  • SWISH - Provides training and partners with us to deliver the C Card Scheme.

  • Fareshare - Provides us with access to low-cost, healthy food to redistribute to those facing food insecurity.
